About EIEN
EIEN is a matcha house in Singapore. We import matcha from Japan and sell it here in sealed tins, together with the bamboo tools to prepare it.
What we sell
Three matcha blends, each shade-grown and stone-milled, each in a 40 g tin holding a sealed aluminium pouch, enough for about 20 bowls of usucha.
- StillEIEN’s Signature (Ceremonial)1st flush, from Uji. Shaded around 25 days. Deep umami, nutty, creamy.
- EveEIEN’s Premium (Ceremonial)1st flush, from Shizuoka. Shaded around 25 days. Balanced, full-bodied, silky.
- MomentEIEN’s Everyday (Premium)1st and 2nd flush, from Shizuoka. Shaded around 20 days. Mineral, rounded, smooth.
Alongside them, a white-bamboo whisk (the Shin Chasen) and a white-bamboo scoop (the Bamboo Chashaku). Everything is on the shop page.
How we work
We import directly from Japan and are the importer of record, registered with the Singapore Food Agency to import processed food products and food appliances.
We sell here on eientea.com and through our Shopee shop, EIEN Tea, and deliver within Singapore only. Checkout on this site is handled by Shopify, so we never see or store your card details.
